DETERMINATION OF WINNERS:
Upon registration on the redemption page, all valid raffle entries along with the information saved (name, address, etc.) will be routed to a database and assigned random e-ticket numbers.
Upon deadline of submission per draw, all valid entries will be saved on the database.
These saved entries will then be copied and pasted on to a Microsoft Excel sheet, and assigned with sequential row numbers.
Winners will be drawn via random.org using the assigned row number per entry.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:
Winners will be notified through submitted MOL log-in e-mail address, via mobile phone call and registered mail. Name of winners will also be posted on the MOL website and Facebook Fan Pages.
DTI Representative will be present during the draw and the promo organizer’s decision is final with the concurrence of DTI.

REDEMPTION OF PRIZES:
To claim the prize, winner must present: a) the printed winning e-ticket sent to member's e-mail, b) two (2) valid government issued IDs (e.g. Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, Postal ID and TIN Card with picture) and c) log-in to MOL Account witnessed by authorized MOL Philippines representative.
Prize must be claimed at 3/F CWI Corporate Center, Quezon Ave., Quezon City or from the appointed Mazda dealer, Monday to Friday during office hours, 9am-6pm. Qualified winner must claim his/her prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification though registered mail. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner’s right over the prize with prior DTI approval. New winner will be drawn at 3/F CWI Corporate Center, Quezon Ave. to replace the disqualified winner.
If winner is a minor, photocopy of his guardian’s TIN shall instead be submitted. Proof of relationship must also be presented, such as birth certificate or a notarized affidavit of guardianship (for those guardians who are not the winner’s parents).
Claims through a representative should present: a) the printed winning e-ticket sent to member's e-mail, b) Duly notarized authorization letter, c) Two (2) valid IDs of winner and d) Two (2) valid IDs of authorized representative.
Raffle prize/s are non-convertible to cash.
Prize/s are non-transferrable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All applicable prize taxes shall be borne by the winner.
The Mazda car winner shall shoulder all registration and other fees (insurance, etc.) pertinent to the car.
MOL Philippines reserves the right to use the name and images of the winner for publicity and promotion purposes.
The potential and/or valid winner’s name and/or photos from the draws may, at the discretion of MOL Philippines, be posted on TV commercials, announced on TV or radio stations, or printed in other form of marketing collaterals. The actual winners may also be required to attend / appear in live shows in connection with their winning. By entering this promotion, the participating customers agree to this term without extra cost or remuneration for the appearance in live shows or shoot in connection with their winning. Logistical costs related to this will be shouldered by MOL Philippines.
In case of dispute, the decision of MOL Philippines shall be final with the concurrence of the DTI.
DISQUALIFICATION CLAUSE:
All employees of UNIWIZ Trade Sales, Inc., MOL AccessPortal, Inc. and the whole MOL Group, (Papa John's), (Friendster), (PGMC) and (Mazda) and the whole Berjaya Group, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
